Have you ever thought about your preferred communication style or the way you like to receive feedback?

For example: Do you prefer getting a call from a colleague or an email to discuss a topic?

And how about the perfect timing for scheduling a meeting with you? Do you like having a meeting at the beginning of the day or do you need some time alone to settle in first?

All those questions regarding your preferred style of work are worthy to be shared with your team colleagues to create a working environment that everybody feels as comfortable as possible in.

Making your preferred working methods visible for the people you work with is an easy nudge!

Having those preferences in a shared team space works as a great reminder for all of us โ€“ for example on a (virtual) Whiteboard or as your status in MS Teams or in other collaboration tools.
