Happy Diversity Month: We LIVE inclusion@icunet

Our motto for this year’s Diversity Month is again “𝐖𝐞 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧@𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐭“!

Thus, there will be various interesting webinars and activities throughout Diversity Month in May to give all our employees exciting insights into topics around diversity and inclusion!

In addition to three small learning sessions on Feedback, Inclusion Nudges, and Empathy & Trust, we have planned fun activities for lunch breaks that are about giving employees from different departments a chance to come together and get to know each other.

We’re also looking forward to presenting the results of the Diversity Challenge and the highlight of our Diversity Month program: a great talk on (Dis-)ability Awareness!

To emphasize the presentations and activities, we have prepared a Diversity Pinboard where there will be lots of additional information and tips.
